Greg is the national head of the firm's Commercial Disputes practice and the current Chairman of the Lander & Rogers Board.
As the partner in charge of our commercial disputes and insolvency division since 1991, Greg acts for a variety of clients including public companies, insurers, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and a range of medium sized businesses. He conducts a wide range of commercial litigation, including litigation over directors' duties, insolvent trading and professional negligence claims, with a particular emphasis on finding practical solutions. He regularly provides strategic advice to the firm’s major corporate clients on the risks faced in relation to areas of dispute, to help them understand the risks and proceed commercially to avoid litigation.
