Pat has practised in accident compensation, employers' liability and common law representing the Victorian WorkCover Authority, insurers, self-insurers and employers. He has extensive experience in litigation in the Magistrates, County and Supreme Courts.

Pat has recognised expertise in the area of serious injury and common law litigation under the Accident Compensation Act, representing Lander & Rogers on working groups. He enjoys a great working relationship with all stakeholders in the litigation process.

Pat was admitted to practise in April 1998, joined the WorkCover group at Lander & Rogers in 1999 and was admitted to partnership in 2006.

Pat's areas of expertise include:

• serious injury and common law litigation under the Accident Compensation Act;
• accident compensation law; and
• common law litigation.
