Rachel is a lawyer in the Sydney office of Lander & Rogers' family and relationship law team. She is passionate about family related issues and has worked in family law since her admission as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2018. During her five years of practice in Hong Kong, Rachel managed a range of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, and children's matters, many of which involved cross-border or international elements. Rachel was admitted to practice in NSW in 2025 and joined Lander & Rogers in the same year.

Skye is an Accredited Specialist in family law who was admitted to practice in December 2007. She is passionate about resolving matters early for her clients and is committed to ensuring widespread access to the family law system.

Sophie is a lawyer in the Brisbane office of Lander & Rogers' Family and Relationship Law group. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science (Biological Sciences) from the Queensland University of Technology.

Senior Associate

Stefan is an Accredited Specialist in family law and has practised exclusively in family and relationship law since 2017. He advises clients on all aspects of family law, including property and financial settlements, parenting arrangements, and child support matters.

Theresa is a Senior Associate in our Family & Relationship Law team. She has practiced exclusively in family law since her admission in 2016. Theresa is an experienced family lawyer whose strong work ethic ensures the best possible results for her clients. She recognises that relationship breakdowns can be incredibly challenging, and is dedicated to helping clients navigate family law matters with clarity and support. With a particular passion for parenting matters, Theresa combines empathy with legal expertise to provide practical, positive, and cost-effective outcomes that are carefully tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Toby is a lawyer in the Melbourne office of the Family & Relationship Law team at Lander & Rogers. He was admitted to practice in 2024 after completing the firm's graduate program and has been practising exclusively in family law since the beginning of 2025.
