Caroline is a partner in our Compensation Law group. She practises primarily in common law litigation, representing employers, insurers and WorkSafe Victoria in actions for damages in the Supreme and County Courts of Victoria.

David is a Melbourne based partner in our Compensation Law group and is our relationship partner for WorkSafe Victoria. David practises in the area of work-related personal injury claims in both common law and statutory benefit disputes.

Diane leads the Victorian self-insurer practice. She is a trusted advisor to her clients. She has extensive legal experience, good business judgment and expertise in handling complex issues and regulatory requirements.

Eleni advises on statutory benefits, serious injury and common law damages matters. She has extensive experience in conducting personal injuries litigation for both plaintiff and defendant firms. Her previous experience as a senior legal manager at an insurance agent provides her with a unique insight into claims management.

John is a partner with 40 years' experience in the areas of accident compensation, employers' liability and personal injuries litigation, with a particular focus on dust diseases, acting for WorkSafe Victoria, insurers & employers in all jurisdictions.

Lillian is one of the partners leading the Compensation Law team. She has practiced exclusively in the areas of accident compensation litigation, employers' liability and common law damages representing WorkSafe Victoria, insurers, self-insurers and employers. She also acts for several self-insured Fortune 500 companies.

Madison is a dedicated lawyer with a keen eye for detail and a passion to achieve the best commercial outcomes for her clients. She approaches all tasks with a positive outlook and embraces work challenges as an opportunity to learn and further develop her professional skills. She prides herself on her communication skills and strong negotiation abilities.

Nicola joined Lander & Rogers in January 2010. Prior to this she worked as a law clerk and firm administrator for a boutique employment law firm acting for mid to large state and national employers. Her move to personal injury law in 2008 was a natural progression and suited her strong interest in litigation.

Pat is the Practice Group Leader of our Compensation Law group. He has recognised expertise in the area of serious injury and common law litigation and enjoys a great working relationship with all stakeholders in the litigation process.

Pru is highly experienced in defending personal injury and liability claims. She is a skilled negotiator, committed to the speedy resolution of claims for her clients. Pru specialises in workplace and transport accidents and has experience in dependency claims, catastrophic injuries, indemnity issues and claims involving multi-party litigation. Pru regularly advises clients on liability, quantum and policy coverage issues.

Rachael Kennedy

Rachael is a partner in the Compensation Law group and is the Statutory Benefits Group Head. Rachael deals closely with WorkSafe Victoria, self-insurers, claims agents and employers.
