Sarah is a Special Counsel in the Brisbane office of Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law practice. Having worked exclusively in family law since 2008, Sarah is a trusted advisor to her wide network of clients based in Queensland and internationally.

Sarah is an experienced lawyer, senior executive and general counsel with over 20 years' experience in legal practice. She has extensive commercial disputes and regulatory investigations experience, including corporations law, consumer and competition law, banking and finance, public law and complex commercial and contractual matters acting on behalf of public, private, statutory bodies and government and appearing in Federal and State Courts in all jurisdictions.

Special Counsel

Sarah is a Special Counsel in the Melbourne Family & Relationship Law team and an integral member of the group, having worked at Lander & Rogers since the commencement of her career in 2007. Sarah received Lander & Rogers' Chic Lander Award in 2014 for outstanding contribution to client service, quality of work and overall contribution to the firm.

Scott is an experienced commercial litigator specialising in defamation, intellectual property, sports law and regulatory matters.

Senior Associate

Sebastian is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers’ Insurance Law & Litigation group. He advises domestic and international insurers on casualty, public and product liability, property damage, and historical/institutional matters. Before joining Lander & Rogers, Sebastian practised at a national insurance firm as a senior associate and, before that, served as in-house counsel at an Australian bank and insurance company.

Shannon's general areas of practice are employment, industrial relations and safety. Shannon specialises in complex employment and industrial litigation and disputes and has experience representing clients in conciliation conferences, mediations and hearings in all relevant state and federal jurisdictions, including the High Court.

Senior Associate

Shayal is a Senior Associate who works exclusively in family and relationship law. In her practise, Shayal works closely with her clients in relation to their complex property matters with asset pools ranging up to $20 million and involving multiple corporate and trust structures, high conflict parenting arrangements including children with special needs, child support issues and spousal maintenance applications.

Simon has extensive experience with corporate transactions. He has particular expertise in equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, as well general corporate advisory. He has significant cross border experience, having worked in the UK and the Middle East. Simon has advised clients across an array of sectors including financial services, resources, media, transport and logistics, and life sciences.

Simon is an insurance litigation specialist, with more than 15 years of experience. He has acted in numerous complex litigated proceedings in both State and Federal Courts.

Simon is a specialist sports lawyer with extensive experience in the sport, leisure and not-for-profit sectors. Simon advises a variety of the firm's sport and leisure clients, working closely with them to achieve positive outcomes. Simon lives and breathes sport and has a wealth of industry experience as a lawyer, administrator and athlete.
