- acting for national sporting organisations in respect of selection appeals commenced against them by members (including Olympic selections)
- advising a national retailer in respect of various breaches of covenants and obligations under an agreement for lease
- conducting litigation and acting for a real estate agency in respect of a test case for novel duty of care allegedly arising in respect of a business email compromise scam
- acting for the State of Victoria in various police tort claims against Victoria Police
- acting for a couple in a high-stakes proprietary estoppel claim regarding an inter-generational farming dispute
