Experience
Katherine commenced her legal career as a plaintiff lawyer, practising in the areas of WorkCover, TAC, Superannuation, Public Liability and Medical Negligence. Her experience has provided a valuable insight into litigation from a plaintiff's perspective. Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Katherine worked at one of the Victorian WorkCover Authority's panel firms. In that role she specialised in common law damages claims and defending "no fault" statutory benefits claims.
