Monica is a passionate family lawyer, dedicated to providing expert legal guidance and support to clients as they navigate the challenges of family law. With extensive experience across the spectrum of family law issues and a commitment to justice, Monica brings a wealth of experience to every case.

Monica commenced her career as an Associate to a Judge in Division 1 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. During her 18 months at the Court, Monica gained a unique understanding of family law litigation and the court process. Monica applies this wealth of insight when advising her clients as to the most appropriate pathway for resolving their matter, whether that involve a negotiated outcome or the intervention of the court.

Monica's experience in family law is fuelled by a genuine passion for justice and a commitment to ensuring that individuals facing legal challenges find the support and guidance they need. She approaches each case with empathy, diligence, and a determination to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Monica obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology in Sydney following her completion of a bachelor's degree in criminology and criminal justice from the University of New South Wales.
