Peter jointly leads the Lander & Rogers national Real Estate & Projects group. Peter is a real estate specialist who primarily advises domestic and offshore investors, national retailers, private offices, developers and CHPs.

Peter's experience spans core property, alternates and affordable housing sectors.

Experience

Peter's breadth of experience, common sense approach focuses on understanding each client's business objectives for their real estate portfolios and development strategies. He provides practical and strategic commercial advice throughout the property lifecycle.

Peter has extensive experience acting across all Australian jurisdictions advising on:

  • acquisitions and divestments
  • portfolio management (including development and leasing for both landlords and retailers with large leasehold portfolios)
  • development, including pre-leasing and fund through structured transactions
  • leasing of prime commercial and industrial property
  • affordable housing projects, including advising on government funding and development.
