As a commercial litigator and adviser at Lander & Rogers, Patrick has experience in a range of areas including commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, insolvency and dispute-avoidance measures. Patrick’s career has spanned a number of industries including financial services, transport and logistics, gaming and wagering, building and construction, funds management, retail, healthcare and education.


Patrick maintains a committed and proactive approach when assisting clients, whether through litigation in all major courts and tribunals across Australia, giving strategic advice, or improving the way clients manage business risk. He has worked in high-performing and committed teams in a number of large-scale disputes involving domestic and international clients in a variety of contexts while he has also managed medium-sized litigation files. Further, Patrick has experience with assisting institutional and private clients in land tax disputes in which complex and technical statutory interpretation issues frequently arise.
