Rachael is a senior partner in Lander & Rogers' Compensation Law group, leads our Government Sector team and is the Statutory Benefits Group Head. Rachael deals closely with WorkSafe Victoria, a number of self-insurers, claims agents and employers providing advice on liability under the Accident Compensation Act, Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act and common law entitlements. She has experience in all aspects of litigation of worker's compensation matters specialising in statutory entitlements, and regularly appears in the Magistrates, County and Supreme Courts as well as attending country circuits such as Warrnambool and Wangaratta. Rachael also undertook a secondment in the Dispute Management Division of WorkSafe Victoria in 2004.
Rachael is recognised in the 2012 - 2019 editions of Best Lawyers in Australia for her expertise in Occupational Health & Safety Law. She has also been recognised as a leading Victorian defendant workers compensation lawyer by Doyles Guide to the Australian Legal Profession (2016).
