Patrick is an experienced commercial disputes lawyer. He practises all forms of dispute resolution, including running litigation in state and federal courts and tribunals.
Patrick has particular expertise in relation to property law, including leasing; commercial and retail, as well as complex property developments. He also acts in disputes over all interests in land and other property, including legal and equitable mortgages, constructive trusts, securities arising under the PPSR, disputes over land sale contracts, licences, easements and adverse possession.
Patrick is also sought by clients for advice and dispute resolution services in relation to disputes between members of corporate, unit trust and partnership entities and for financial services providers and registered training organisations.
Patrick regularly presents seminars on topics including litigation procedures, property law, and directors and shareholders disputes.

Patrick was admitted to practice in 2001 and joined Lander & Rogers in July 2003.
