Ralph is an experienced litigator, specialising in insurance law and all forms of property, building and construction related disputes. Before moving to Australia in 2013, Ralph practised as a litigation lawyer in London for 10 years, conducting proceedings in Courts in England and Wales at all levels including several cases in the Court of Appeal. He also has extensive experience in providing risk management advice to clients on commercial and residential development projects.
Ralph has acted for a broad range of entities including insurers, multinational corporations, national house builders, commercial, leisure and residential property developers, retailers, financial institutions, charities and not for profit organisations, religious bodies, consultants, management companies and high net worth individuals.
Ralph's areas of expertise include:
- Professional indemnity;
- Construction, property and industrial special risks;
- Complex contractual disputes;
- Lease disputes; and
- Property related litigation.
Ralph joined Lander & Rogers in April 2014.
