Lander & Rogers is excited to announce that we are relocating our Melbourne office to Mirvac Group's recently completed Olderfleet building at 477 Collins Street. Our official relocation date is 26 October 2020.

The Olderfleet building has been designed by drawing on innovative technologies and contemporary thinking to deliver a carefully curated and customised workplace precinct that supports work-life balance and boasts outstanding sustainability and wellbeing credentials.

The move to Olderfleet will provide a vibrant new home for Lander & Rogers that reflects our firm's commitment to sustainability, health and wellness, and providing an exceptional experience for our people and clients. We engaged the multi-award winning Carr Design Group — the team behind the Mornington Peninsula's Jackalope — to design our work spaces to promote connection and collaboration.

Lander & Rogers' Chief Executive Partner, Genevieve Collins, said, "This is an incredibly exciting time for the entire firm and a key part of our future-focussed journey. This brand-new office will give us the opportunity to create our own contemporary environment, enabling us to improve the way that we work collaboratively while inspiring the creativity to drive innovation in our service delivery.

"Importantly, our new premises feature a number of excellent benefits to support our people, including a childcare centre, extensive end-of-trip facilities, and a wellness centre. This reinforces our firm's commitment to provide our people with an environment that proactively looks after their health and wellbeing."

Lander & Rogers also operates from offices in Sydney and Brisbane, which will undergo development following Melbourne's lead.
