Lander & Rogers welcomes Helen Sims as Partner in Commercial Disputes

Leading national law firm Lander & Rogers has appointed Helen Sims as a Partner in its Commercial Disputes team, based in Sydney. Helen commenced with the firm on 8 September 2025.

Helen is a highly experienced litigator with deep expertise in administrative law, regulatory disputes, inquiries, privacy, and complex litigation. She joins from Holding Redlich, where she was Special Counsel, and has previously held senior roles at Norton Rose Fulbright, the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office, and the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office.

Over her career, Helen has advised both government and private sector clients across law enforcement, financial services, health, education, and entertainment. She has acted in major regulatory matters, Royal Commissions, statutory inquiries, and enforcement actions, and has significant experience appearing as a solicitor advocate and instructing senior counsel in high-stakes disputes.
