Contemporary Australian law firm Lander & Rogers has announced its senior promotions for 2020, with 32 lawyers elevated to senior roles. This marks the largest promotion round in the firm's history, and its third consecutive year of sustained growth in senior appointments.
Seven new partners will bring their leadership and expertise to some of Lander & Rogers' key areas of strength. Construction lawyer Elon Zlotnick, personal injury specialist Stephanie Taylor, family lawyers Rachell Davey, Liz Kofoed and Byron Leong, and insurance litigators Nicola Gardner and Noa Zur will draw on their specialist knowledge and diverse skills to further drive the firm's growth and innovate the client experience.
Lander & Rogers has appointed seven special counsel across its compensation law, family and relationship law, insurance law & litigation and real estate groups. Eighteen of the firm's lawyers were also notified of their successful promotion to senior associate earlier in the year. All promotees will commence their new roles on 1 July 2020.

From 1 July 2020, more than 40% of Lander & Rogers' partnership will be female. Earlier this year the firm was named an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Federal Government's Workplace Gender Equality Agency, in recognition of its policies which promote flexible work practices, equity and inclusivity.
