Gemma was admitted to practice in 2020 and joined Lander & Rogers in 2022. Prior to practising exclusively in family and relationship law, Gemma attained legal experience in property law, wills and estates, and gas and mining law.

- negotiating on behalf of clients at mediation to reach settlement in both property and parenting matters
- negotiating and obtaining final parenting orders by consent for a father (who had previously not spent time with his children for nearly three years) to spend time with and speak to his children on a regular basis
