James provides comprehensive and strategic advice to the Victorian WorkCover Authority, claims agents and employers in relation to statutory benefits, serious injury and common law damages matters.
During his time with Lander & Rogers, James has developed his legal skills through acting in a wide range of personal injury matters and conducting litigation across all Victorian courts, including regional circuit courts.
Prior to joining Lander & Rogers James worked as a Coroner’s Solicitor to Deputy State Coroner Jacqui Hawkins, where he provided complex legal advice, drafted coronial findings and instructed counsel in publicised coronial inquests.
