- acting for Tesco on the disposal of its Thai and Malaysian operations to a local strategic investor for a reported $US10 billion
- acting for Brookfield on the buyout of 1 & 2 London Wall Place, London
- acting for Archer Hotel Capital on the sale of Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel
