Lisa is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Real Estate and Projects group. She assists senior practitioners in advising government and private sector clients on a diverse range of property matters, with a focus on capital transactions, developments and projects.


Lisa's areas of expertise include:

  • coordinating market-leading multi-jurisdictional corporate real estate transactions and legal diligence
  • industrial, commercial and retail leasing for landlords and tenants
  • acquisitions and disposals for the firm’s local and international clients on commercial and industrial assets

Lisa is commercially minded and committed to providing practical advice throughout the property lifecycle. Clients appreciate her responsiveness and ability to manage large deals.

Lisa completed an in-house secondment as legal counsel at Brookfield portfolio company DCI Data Centers.

Lisa's career highlights include:

  • acting for Gateway Capital in its acquisition of a 3ha industrial site in Sydney and a 2ha industrial site in Victoria
  • acting for Centuria in the acquisition, development and leasing of its new healthcare platform assets, including the reported $38 million site in Alexandria and reported $64 million Adeney Private Hospital in Kew
  • acting for Tesco on the disposal of its Thai and Malaysian operations to a local strategic investor for a reported $US10 billion
  • acting for Brookfield on the buyout of 1 & 2 London Wall Place, London
  • acting for Archer Hotel Capital on the sale of Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel
  • acting for Apollo on its pan-European acquisition of 21 logistics assets and formation of a joint venture with Oxenwood
  • acting for APG and Sonae Sierra on the formation of a reported EUR1.8 billion joint venture with Allianz Real Estate and Elo (for six flagship shopping centres)
  • acting for TEE Land Ltd in its disposal of a Sydney hotel for a reported $32 million
  • providing specialist real estate advice to high-profile clients including Bunnings, Ascendas, Warburg Pincus, TPG Capital, Arcadia Group, Accor Hotels, Barangaroo Delivery Authority, DCI Data Centers, the Australian Rail Track Corporation, Centuria and Stockland in a range of financing and restructuring, share purchases and sales, acquisitions and disposals, leasing, licensing and development matters
