Law firm Lander & Rogers has elevated 44 senior lawyers in its 2025 promotions round.
Effective 1 July 2025, the firm welcomes ten new partners, 15 special counsel and 19 senior associates across its Insurance Law & Litigation, Family & Relationship Law, Corporate, Workplace Relations & Safety, Commercial Disputes, Compensation Law, Real Estate & Projects practices and Pro Bono, Community & Environment.
The firm's new partners are Workplace Relations & Safety experts Lynden Albiston, Annika Anderson-Carter and Adam Battagello; Family & Relationship Law specialist Kate Alroe; Commercial Disputes expert Alex Bannister; Insurance Law & Litigation experts Alistair Boughton, Kristy Cappellotto, Candice Day and Andy Mansfield, and David Burke, who specialises in Pro Bono, Community & Environment. In addition to the ten new partners, two current partners have expanded their portfolios; Grant Levy, partner and chief legal officer, Risk and Joanna Renkin, partner and practice group leader, Pro Bono, Community & Environment.
Chief Executive Partner Daniel Proietto noted that Lander & Rogers' 2025 promotions round is a significant one for the firm. "This year's promotions follow a strong year for our firm as we scale and geographically expand to meet client demand, expand our presence in growth areas in Brisbane and Sydney, and continue to invest in the professional development of our people."

The promotions announcement follows a number of senior hires in the last 12 months, with the firm recently joined by Real Estate & Projects partner Natasha Hood; Construction & Infrastructure partner Michael O'Callaghan, and Digital Economy partner Matthew McMillan.
