Andrew Jin

Andrew is a Senior Associate in our Family & Relationship Law Team. He was admitted into practice in 2020 and has been practising exclusively in family law since 2021.

Experience

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne.

Andrew has experience in a range of family law matters including:

• de facto and matrimonial property settlements
• parenting disputes
• alternate dispute resolution methods, including round table discussions, mediations and arbitrations
• binding financial agreements, including agreements entered into prior or during the relationship
• intervention order matters
• divorce applications
