Brittany has experience acting for local, London and Asia Pacific market insurers across Australian jurisdictions in subrogated recovery proceedings, including large-scale property damage claims, business interruption claims and multi-party disputes, as well as acting for insured professionals in claims brought under professional indemnity policies.
She regularly advises on liability, quantum, and strategic recovery options, including contribution claims and commercial settlement pathways.

- acting for a professional financial services provider in defending claims of negligence, breach of contract, and misleading or deceptive conduct, with damages claimed in excess of $40 million
- advising insurers on recovery prospects involving suspected insurance fraud
- acting on behalf of the insurer of an ASX-listed pharmaceuticals company in complex recovery of property damage and business interruption losses arising from the release of per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances
