Lander & Rogers is pleased to have advised BAI Communications (BAI) on its strategic acquisition of advanced communications engineering specialist Titan ICT, which completed on 4 September 2025.
The transaction brings together BAI’s global experience in broadcast and telecommunications infrastructure with Titan ICT’s deep expertise in mission-critical communications solutions, particularly across the mining, resources, and energy sectors. The acquisition strengthens BAI’s capabilities in LTE, microwave, IP and radio networks, while expanding its customer base to include some of Australia’s largest organisations and blue-chip mining companies.
Corporate and M&A partner Paul Mayson led the Lander & Rogers team, supported by lawyer Zafiria Stamboulidis. They were further assisted by specialists from the firm’s Property, Regulatory, Employment, Digital Economy, and Banking & Finance teams, each advising on their respective areas of expertise.
BAI is a leading provider of shared infrastructure and wireless solutions, operating one of the world’s most extensive broadcast networks and delivering managed television and radio services to 99% of the Australian population. The company plays a vital role in supporting broadcasters and emergency services, while also enabling next-generation connectivity such as 5G and smart precinct development.
The successful completion of this acquisition highlights Lander & Rogers’ strong focus on supporting clients through complex, cross-practice transactions and advancing their strategic growth objectives.
