Eliza is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Compensation Law group. She has practised exclusively in defendant personal injury law since her admission in June 2021. Her expertise includes statutory benefits, serious injury and common law damages under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act and Accident Compensation Act.

Eliza manages a large portfolio for the Victorian Workcover Authority and self-insured organisations. She is adept at analysing complex medical and liability material, formulating targeted file strategies and providing considered advice to clients.
