Emily has defended claims in various Australian jurisdictions, including claims involving occupier and owners (commercial and residential), lessors, property managers, principal contractors and subcontractors, host employers, cleaning companies, volunteer organisations, and licensed clubs and hotels. She advises Australian insurers, insureds and London underwriters on indemnity, liability, quantum and litigation, and ADR strategy.
