Erin has also acted in contentious administrative matters, including an application for special leave to the High Court of Australia.

- acting for ASIC in continuous disclosure proceedings brought against a major Australian banking institution in relation to an institutional share placement
- acting for the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) in civil penalty proceeding brought against a poker machine operator for serious and systemic non-compliance with Australia's anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws
