Erin's experience includes advising government regulators and companies involved in regulatory investigations and proceedings, particularly in the banking and financial sector and relating to contraventions of the competition and consumer law. Erin has also acted in contentious administrative matters, including an application for special leave to the High Court of Australia.

Erin has previously worked for the Victorian Government providing advice on large scale and complex construction matters, including disputes.

• acting for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in Federal Court proceedings brought against superannuation trustees Diversa Trustee Limited, Equity Trustee Superannuation Limited and Netwealth Superannuation Services Pty Ltd for alleged contraventions of their duties as trustee in relation to offering First Guardian Master Fund in their platforms
• acting for ASIC in continuous disclosure proceedings brought against a major Australian banking institution in relation to an institutional share placement
• acting for the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) in civil penalty proceeding brought against a poker machine operator for serious and systemic non-compliance with Australia's anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws
• acting in civil penalty proceedings brought by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) against FujiFilm, HelloFresh and Youfoodz relating to contraventions of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
• acting for VicForests, a State-owned timber harvesting enterprise, in litigation brought in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Court of Appeal and High Court
