Jacqui Lisle

Family Lawyer

Jacqui is a lawyer in the Family and Relationship Law team.

Jacqui was admitted to practice in November 2020 and has worked exclusively in family law since her admission.

Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Jacqui served as an Associate at the Court for four and a half years. She initially worked with the Honourable Justice Riethmuller AM, and later spent over three years as Associate to the Honourable Chief Justice Alstergren AO at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

This experience provided Jacqui with deep insight into the court system and exposure to the full spectrum of family law matters and procedures, including Division 1 and Division 2 matters, case management, first instance proceedings, judicial settlement conferences, and appeals. Jacqui brings a unique understanding of likely court outcomes and procedural strategy when advising her clients.

Jacqui is passionate about building positive and empathetic relationships with her clients. She supports individuals navigating the family law system with care and clarity, and is committed to achieving timely, constructive resolutions to disputes.

Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from Monash University, where she was awarded the Annie Moylan JD Professional Practice (Family Law Stream) Prize.

  • property matters, including married and de facto relationships
  • parenting disputes and arrangements for the care of children
  • alternate dispute resolution (including mediation and judicial settlement conferences).
