Jane joined Lander & Rogers' Workplace Relations & Safety team in March 2024 as a Senior Associate.
Prior to joining Lander & Rogers Jane was a Principal Solicitor in the Workplace Relations and Occupational Health and Safety team at the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office.

Jane provides strategic and pragmatic advice on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations, occupational health and safety, equal opportunity and anti-discrimination.
Jane has successfully acted for clients in a range of matters in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Magistrate’s Court and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Career highlights
Jane's career highlights include:
- advising Victorian public sector clients in respect of sensitive or high-profile matters including executive employment
- providing advice and acting for multiple public sector clients in respect of the introduction of COVID-19 vaccines, including successfully defending urgent interlocutory proceedings brought against a major public hospital
- acting for a public hospital to defend a general protections application which included successfully appealing the decision at first instance to the Full Court of the Federal Court
- advising clients on managing employee misconduct and undertaking workplace investigations
- advising clients on the interpretation of enterprise agreements, entitlements and acting for clients in disputes
- advising clients on statutory appointments and removal of board members.
