Jessica Grumelart is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers’ Family & Relationship Law team, practising exclusively in family law. She is committed to helping clients navigate separation and family disputes in a clear and practical way, with a focus on achieving outcomes efficiently.

Jessica understands that family law matters often arise during periods of emotional, financial and personal uncertainty. Her clients value her calm and supportive manner, as well as her ability to explain complex legal issues in straightforward, accessible terms. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and works collaboratively with them to develop strategies that align with their short and long‑term goals.

Before joining Lander & Rogers, Jessica practised at specialist family law firms in Brisbane, where she developed broad experience across parenting, property, spousal maintenance and child support matters. She has a particular interest in resolving disputes efficiently while providing confident and strategic representation, inside and outside of the courtroom.

Jessica acts exclusively in family and relationship law and advises clients at all stages of separation and family breakdown.

  • property settlements following separation, including matters involving complex asset pools and third parties
  • child support, including assessments, private child support agreements and change of assessment applications
  • divorce and separation advice
  • applications for spousal maintenance
  • representing clients in proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
  • negotiating outcomes through mediation, negotiation and other dispute resolution processes.

  • negotiating a favourable property settlement involving third‑parties
  • assisting a parent to resolve a high‑conflict parenting dispute through mediation, avoiding the need for protracted court proceedings
  • advising clients on strategic child support and spousal maintenance options, including tailored private child support agreements and financial agreements regarding spousal maintenance
  • acting in urgent interim parenting and financial applications to stabilise interim arrangements following separation.
