Kate practices in insurance law in the financial lines space, acting for insurers and insureds in relation to coverage advice, litigation and dispute resolution.
Experience
Kate has experience in class actions, directors and officers insurance, insolvency and professional indemnity matters including having acted for accountants, financial advisors, brokers and solicitors.
Kate commenced working at Lander & Rogers during her graduate year in 2016. Between 2019 and 2020 Kate spent 18 months as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Maxwell, President of the Court of Appeal, before returning to Lander & Rogers in 2020.
In 2021 Kate undertook a six-month secondment to a large Australian insurer.
