Kimberley is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Compensation Law Group. She has a range of experience in litigated personal injury and workers' compensation claims and specialises in workers' compensation law and litigation.
Experience
Kimberley provides comprehensive legal advice to the Victorian WorkCover Authority, claims agents and employers as well as self-insured organisations in relation to statutory benefits, serious injury and common law damages matters. She conducts litigation across Victorian courts, including regional circuit courts.
Prior to joining Lander & Rogers Kimberley worked as a lawyer at one of the Victorian WorkCover Authority panel firms. In this role, she defended "no fault" statutory benefits litigation and acted on behalf of employers, insurance agents and the Victorian WorkCover Authority.
