Mandy is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Commercial Disputes team. She has a broad range of practice which encompasses administrative and public law, including in relation to public inquiries, regulatory investigations, merits review and judicial review. She also practises in corporate and commercial disputes, including in relation to breaches of contract, shareholder disputes, directors' duties and debt recovery.

Mandy adopts a practical and detail-oriented approach to her matters to deliver advice aligned with her clients' objectives.
Mandy regularly acts for and advises clients in matters involving government decision-making and regulatory compliance. She has acted on behalf of both public and private sector clients in regulatory investigations and litigation. She has a particular interest in assisting clients with navigating complex statutory schemes, including on questions involving statutory interpretation and the exercise of statutory powers.
She is also experienced in complex commercial disputes and large-scale litigation, drawing from her previous experience working in class actions.
Mandy previously served as a Judge's Associate in the Federal Court of Australia.

- advising a strata management company in regulatory investigations involving disclosure obligations and conflicts of interest
- acting for a large blueberry farming company in proceedings to enforce arbitral awards
- acting for a container terminal developer in proceedings alleging anti-competitive conduct arising from deed commitments entered into for the privatisation of Port Botany and Port Kembla
