
Toby is a lawyer in the Melbourne office of the Family & Relationship Law team at Lander & Rogers. He was admitted to practice in 2024 after completing the firm's graduate program and has been practising exclusively in family law since the beginning of 2025.
Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Toby worked as a Judge's Associate to the Honourable Chief Justice Alstergren AO at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia for two years. There, he was involved in a wide range of parenting and financial cases, and gained a unique understanding of Court processes and procedures in family law.
Toby is passionate about providing clear and thoughtful advice for his clients whilst ensuring that their unique needs and goals are understood. He enjoys working closely with his clients in navigating the family law system and recognises the importance of reaching timely and effective resolution. He adopts a calm and pragmatic approach and prides himself on his attention to detail.
Toby completed Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts degrees at Monash University, where he graduated with First Class Honours. He received the Monash University award for runner up best Bachelor of Laws (Honours) student.
