- acting for a major Australian retailer in connection with the negotiation and finalisation of construction contracts (including AS4902, AS4000, AS4910 and minor works contracts) and consultancy agreements for the design and construction of new warehouses and the upgrade of existing warehouses (nationally and in New Zealand), and providing contract administration advice
- acting for a Victorian healthcare provider in connection with the negotiation and finalisation of construction contracts and related documents for the expansion of existing hospital sites across Australia
- acting for a property developer in relation to the redevelopment of various sites, including a range of residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use sites in Victoria
