Will is an insurance coverage and litigation lawyer, specialising in financial lines and professional indemnity matters.

Experience

Will has experience acting for insureds in a broad range of professional indemnity claims involving financial advisers, accountants, lawyers, and other financial or industry professionals. He has also advised on litigated medical negligence and personal injury matters, as well as regulatory enquiries for both financial and medical professionals.

Will also has experience acting for directors and officers of entities in respect of liquidator examinations, as well as subsequent proceedings for insolvent trading and breach of director duties.

Will has also acted for insurers in complex litigated class actions (in respect of coverage) in the financial lines space.
