Partner & Practice Group Leader

Ari jointly leads our Insurance Law & Litigation team across Australia. Ari has almost 30 years' experience as an insurance litigation specialist across multiple service lines. His practice has continued to evolve, and he is the lead advisor for many of the firm's insurer clients in the property, casualty, construction, renewable energy, and recoveries classes. He has a sophisticated and highly effective approach to litigation and is an accomplished negotiator.

Cameron is a highly experienced OHS and criminal law practitioner. He was Telstra's in-house health and safety legal counsel for 9 years prior to joining Lander & Rogers.

Charlotte specialises in insurance law with a focus on coverage advice and financial lines litigation and dispute resolution.

Deanna is dedicated to servicing corporate clients with their strategic, M&A, governance and compliance needs. Clients appreciate her ability to get to the point, find common ground between parties and deliver a solution, a skill she honed during her years of experience leading an in-house legal team. Deanna also leads our Japan client group and works seamlessly with foreign investors navigating their acquisition and establishment activities in Australia.

Gregg is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions. Gregg provides corporate and commercial legal advice to many leading corporates, funds and family offices.

Jared is an Australian and UK qualified corporate lawyer with nearly 20 years' experience advising leading Australian and international clients across their entire lifecycle, from establishing businesses to complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures, financings and restructures. Jared has a particular expertise in cross-border transactions acting for international acquirers, especially out of the US, UK and Singapore.

Jeremy is a highly experienced workplace relations lawyer with more than two decades’ combined experience in house and in private practice.

Partner & Practice Group Leader

Jo leads the Lander & Rogers national Pro Bono and Community Support practice and the implementation of sustainable business practices across the firm. She has also led the firm’s reconciliation activities, including as Chair of the RAP Oversight Committee. Jo is a collaborator and contributor with extensive engagement in communities of practice, standard setting, thought leadership and change in the legal profession.

Melissa Tan, Lander & Rogers Partner and cyber security and insurance lawyer in Sydney

Melissa is Head of Cyber Insurance and a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, specialising in insurance law with a focus on cyber. She has extensive experience advising both local and international insurers on a wide range of coverage and liability issues in both litigated and non-litigated matters.

Tom White specialises in all aspects of environment and planning law, with significant experience advising all levels (Commonwealth, State and local) of government as well as private landowners, developers and institutional investors on complex development projects and infrastructure.
