Gallagher group of companies on its acquisition of Super Advice, one of Australia's leading employee benefit consultants and corporate advisory groups. This is a significant transaction for Gallagher Benefit Services as it builds its employee benefit consulting capabilities, bolstering its Australian offering in this space.
Founded in 2002, Super Advice is one of the largest diversified financial services companies in Australia, specialising in corporate super, employee group advice, personal finance advice, and risk insurance. It is recognised as one of Australia’s leading Employee Benefits Advisory Groups, and has assisted over 50,000 employees and their families in varied businesses Australia-wide.
Lander & Rogers provided legal advice on all aspects of the transaction, including conducting due diligence, providing negotiation, strategy, regulatory, employment, insurance, IP/IT, litigation and property advice, and the drafting and negotiation of all transaction documents and coordinating completion.
