- acting for an individual in defending multiple claims in the Federal Court regarding allegations of transferring assets to defeat creditors. The parties were able to reach a resolution prior to the commencement of trial.
- acting on behalf of a Government client in pursuing a major debt recovery (valued at over $20 million dollars) and defending counterclaims of misfeasance in public office.
- successfully defending an urgent injunction in the Supreme Court of Victoria where a party sought to prevent a multinational client from undertaking business operations.
- acting on behalf of an individual in defending claims alleged by ASIC for insider trading.
- acting on behalf of executors of an estate in a contractual dispute concerning a claim for commission arising from an exclusive auction authority in the County Court of Victoria.
