Chloe is a Senior Associate in the Family & Relationship Law group. Chloe has experience in all aspects of family law involving property and parenting issues both nationally and internationally.
Chloe has been recognised as both a finalist and the overall winner of the 2017 Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 awards for Family Law.
Chloe is a committed family lawyer who believes that each client is unique and has their own set of circumstances which require careful consideration. She is committed to providing her clients with a high level of care and prides herself on achieving the best outcome for them during what is a very difficult time.
Chloe is known for her expertise in:
- complex property matters, including those with trust and corporate entities, estates, valuation disputes and tax considerations;
- parenting matters involving parental alienation, child abduction, allegations of abuse and violence and domestic and international relocations; and
- drafting financial agreements and child support agreements, including pre-nuptial style agreements as a form of asset planning.
Chloe's client base are located throughout Australia and overseas, with a particular focus on expatriates living in Asia.
Chloe often works together with psychologists, valuers, accountants, estate lawyers and financial planners to achieve the best results for her clients. In achieving those results, Chloe participates in direct negotiations, mediations and defended litigation.
Chloe has been recognised as both a finalist and the overall winner of the 2017 Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 awards for Family Law and has conducted many presentations on family law topics to organisations and associations, such as the Financial Planning Association of Australia, EDVOS, Inner Melbourne Community Legal and Peter Mac Legal Clinic.
