She advises clients on a full range of employment related matters, including workplace investigations, agreement and award interpretation and unfair dismissal claims. She also works with our Corporate team on due diligence projects, advising on employment related issues.

Sophie is a Senior Associate in the Lander & Rogers Workplace Relations & Safety team, based in Melbourne. Her general areas of practice are employment, industrial relations and safety.

Stephen is highly regarded in all areas of workplace relations and employment law. Stephen acts for a range of major institutions and large government agencies. He specialises in the retail and government sectors, as well as in managing insolvency related employment issues.

Senior Associate

Victoria is a lawyer in Lander & Rogers' Workplace Relations & Safety team. She has a broad range of experience in employment, industrial relations and safety matters in the public and private sectors. Victoria represents employers in a wide range of employment-related disputes, including adverse action and discrimination claims, underpayment disputes, workplace investigations, and matters involving award or enterprise agreement interpretation and compliance.

Vince is a partner in our Workplace Relations and Safety team. He practices in all aspects of employment, workplace relations, safety and discrimination. His practice extends to public and private sector clients across a broad range of industries.

Wendy is a national expert in the field of enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes, and has a broad practice in all areas of employment law with over 15 years’ experience in the field.
