Special Counsel

Alex specialises in all aspects of environment and planning law, with particular experience in acting for property developers, proponents of resources projects, and public authorities. Over the past 10 years Alex has developed an expertise in litigation in the Land and Environment Court in merit appeals, judicial review, pollution offences and compulsory acquisition proceedings.

Since 2003 Allison has been acting for a wide range of clients including insurers, corporate clients and private clients in an array of commercial and insurance related disputes. Allison's practice focuses primarily on casualty, public and products liability, and property damage related claims. She also has a strong practice in commercial disputes, including building and construction matters.

Anna is a construction lawyer with experience acting for a diverse range of clients, including developers, builders and consultants.

Partner & Practice Group Leader

Ari jointly leads our Insurance Law & Litigation team across Australia. Ari has over 30 years' experience as an insurance and litigation specialist across multiple service lines. He is the lead advisor for many of the firm's insurer clients in the property, casualty, construction, renewable energy, and recoveries classes. He has a sophisticated and highly effective approach to litigation and is an accomplished negotiator.

Senior Associate

Belinda is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' construction team. She advises clients across the construction industry on a range of front and back-end construction matters. By adopting a personable, proactive approach to lawyering, Belinda is able to understand, respond to and prioritise the needs of her clients.

Charles manages the firm’s Construction and Engineering practice. He is the lead advisor to insurance clients in construction and engineering; professional indemnity; liability and property sectors. He handles some of Australia's largest and most complex construction and engineering disputes and he is regarded as a policy coverage specialist.

David is a dual qualified (NSW and England & Wales) corporate lawyer with a strong track record advising on sophisticated corporate transactions, spanning equity capital markets, public and private M&A, and complex commercial arrangements in Australia and offshore.

Elizabeth joined Lander & Rogers in 2007 and has a particular focus on construction and engineering disputes. With specialist construction law and industry expertise and experience across various lines of professional indemnity insurance as well as contract works and property, Elizabeth works with construction professionals, contractors and their insurers in a broad range of disputes.

Elon is an experienced construction lawyer who acts for developers, builders, subcontractors, consultants and project managers.

Han is an experienced construction and major projects lawyer, having practised for over eight years in the industry. He has worked both in private practice and in-house at a tier 1 construction and development company, and has experience advising on a wide range of construction matters in different sectors.

Hoda is a strategic and commercial legal advisor with over 15 years of experience advising on complex infrastructure projects and transactions in Australia and globally. Before joining Lander & Rogers, Hoda worked in the Projects practices of Australian and US top-tier law firms in Australia and the UAE and as a senior legal counsel at Lend Lease Engineering.

James acts for both private and public sector clients in commercial real estate, property development, energy transmission projects, and major infrastructure projects. His clients include state and federal government agencies and departments, local councils, listed and unlisted property funds, energy asset owners, retailers, developers, data centre operators, infrastructure owners, and insolvency professionals.

Jared is an Australian and UK qualified corporate lawyer with nearly 20 years' experience advising leading Australian and international clients across their entire lifecycle, from establishing businesses to complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures, financings and restructures. Jared has a particular expertise in cross-border transactions acting for international acquirers, especially out of the US, UK and Singapore.

Ralph is an experienced litigator, specialising in insurance law and property, building and construction related disputes.
