Senior Associate

Bryan is an Accredited Specialist in family law and works in Lander & Rogers’ Sydney office. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (with Distinction). He has worked exclusively in family law since his admission in 2017.

Byron is an accredited specialist in family law and has practised as a family lawyer for over 20 years. Byron is of Chinese background and speaks Cantonese, enabling him to bring a cultural understanding and sensitivity to his clients' issues. His family law expertise includes dealing with the full spectrum of property, parenting, child support and maintenance matters that arise before, during or at the end of a relationship. He has an extensive international family law practice, and has advised clients residing in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Laos and the United Kingdom with overseas assets and international child custody arrangements.

Chloe is a partner in Lander & Rogers' family and relationship law team. She is widely recognised for her dedication and personalised approach to family law and her clients.

Genevieve Dee is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law who has practiced exclusively in family and relationship law for over 20 years. She is highly sought after for her expertise in complex property matters, including those involving taxation issues, trusts, manufacturing companies, rural issues, intergenerational wealth and family businesses, and complex corporate structures.

Grace is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Family and Relationship Law team, having practised exclusively in family law since her admission in 2020. Grace is well regarded for her dedication to clients, high level of care, technical expertise and attention to detail. In 2024, Grace was named a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards for Family Law.

Isabella Burton is a lawyer in the Melbourne office of Lander & Rogers’ Family & Relationship Law team and has been working exclusively in family law since her admission to practice in December 2024. 

Jacqui is a lawyer in the Family and Relationship Law team. Jacqui was admitted to practice in November 2020 and has worked exclusively in family law since her admission.

Jessica is a lawyer in the Family & Relationship Law team at Lander & Rogers and is based in the firm's Melbourne office. She was admitted to practice in 2024 after completing the firm's graduate program and has been practising exclusively in family law since the beginning of 2025.

Kate is a Partner who specialises in family law and has an interest in helping families navigate the complexities of separation. Kate takes a commercial approach to her matters, while appreciating that an effective advocate understands the nuances of the personal relationships involved.

Kirsty is a Senior Associate in the Sydney team. With over 10 years' experience working exclusively in family and relationship law, Kirsty has specialist knowledge managing complex family law cases. Kirsty spent several years working in specialist family violence and legal units, where she developed expertise in understanding the nuances of domestic violence, and working with clients in a trauma-informed manner.

Lauren is a senior associate in the Brisbane office of Lander and Rogers Family and Relationship Law team. Lauren understands that separation can be one of the most difficult chapters in a person's life. She provides a pragmatic and strategic approach to assist clients navigate their family law issues in a timely manner.

With over 40 years of specialist experience, Lee is one of Melbourne's most respected family law practitioners. Lee's extensive experience has given her a strong understanding of, and ability to deal with, the myriad of issues pertaining to family law.

Liz is widely recognised by the legal industry as one of Australia's leading family lawyers and is consistently acknowledged in national publications and at industry awards for her outstanding contributions to family law. Liz holds a Master of Laws specialising in tax from the University of Melbourne and has a special interest in commercial and tax law issues relating to complex family law property cases. Liz relies on her unique depth of knowledge to pursue commercially favourable outcomes for her family law clients.

Loren is a Senior Associate in our Melbourne office and has been working exclusively in the family law jurisdiction since her admission to practice in 2014.

Monique is a partner in Lander & Rogers' family & relationship law team, based in Sydney. She holds an accredited specialisation in family law and a Master of Laws specialising in family law and laws impacting families and children. Monique is recognised by the profession for her technical expertise, particularly in matters involving complex parenting and property issues. She is named in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers in Australia and has been recognised by Doyle's Guide as a "Rising Star" in family law.

Special Counsel

Niki is a Special Counsel in the Brisbane office of Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law team.

Rachel is a lawyer in the Sydney office of Lander & Rogers' family and relationship law team. She is passionate about family related issues and has worked in family law since her admission as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2018. During her five years of practice in Hong Kong, Rachel managed a range of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, and children's matters, many of which involved cross-border or international elements. Rachel was admitted to practice in NSW in 2025 and joined Lander & Rogers in the same year.
