As an insurance litigator with over a decade of experience, Adrian brings a balanced and practical approach to litigation, informed by his years working in private practice and as a government lawyer.

Aimee is a lawyer in Lander & Rogers' Workplace Relations & Safety team. She has experience in a range of advisory and litigious employment law matters for public and private sector clients. Aimee is passionate about delivering practical and commercial advice in a timely manner.

Alex has been acting in commercial disputes – with a focus on property related disputes – since 2005. He has a pragmatic and commercial approach to disputes with an emphasis on resolving matters before they escalate.

Alex specialises in all aspects of environment and planning law, with particular experience in acting for property developers, proponents of resources projects, and public authorities. Over the past 10 years Alex has developed an expertise in litigation in the Land and Environment Court in merit appeals, judicial review, pollution offences and compulsory acquisition proceedings.

Aranee is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Insurance Law & Litigation group, focusing on public liability, product liability, property damage and professional indemnity claims. She advises Australian and London-based underwriters and self-insured companies on indemnity, liability, quantum and litigation and ADR strategy.

Belinda is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' construction team. She advises clients across the construction industry on a range of front and back-end construction matters. By adopting a personable, proactive approach to lawyering, Belinda is able to understand, respond to and prioritise the needs of her clients.

Calum is an experienced employment, industrial relations, and safety practitioner. He specialises in the conduct and procedure of matters before the Fair Work Commission and the federal courts, as well as the identification, quantification, and resolution of complex payroll compliance issues.

Cameron is a highly experienced OHS and criminal law practitioner. He was Telstra's in-house health and safety legal counsel for 9 years prior to joining Lander & Rogers.

Catriona is a commercial litigator with 15 years' experience in practice, advising clients in relation to a variety of insolvency and commercial disputes. Catriona gives pragmatic legal advice in a commercial context.

Charlotte specialises in insurance law with a focus on coverage advice and financial lines litigation and dispute resolution.

David is a Partner in Lander & Rogers' national Pro Bono, Community and Environment practice. David leads two pro bono focus areas for the firm - climate and just transitions and people forcibly displaced.

Partner & Head of International

Derek leads our firm's international practice, driving our strategy to be the independent Australian firm of choice in our key overseas markets: US, UK, Japan, China, Singapore and Malaysia. He also co-ordinates our five commercial groups to ensure they remain constantly client focussed and working collaboratively as a seamless commercial offering for both Australian and international clients.

Elizabeth joined Lander & Rogers in 2007 and has a particular focus on construction and engineering disputes. With specialist construction law and industry expertise and experience across various lines of professional indemnity insurance as well as contract works and property, Elizabeth works with construction professionals, contractors and their insurers in a broad range of disputes.

Elon is an experienced construction lawyer who acts for developers, builders, subcontractors, consultants and project managers.

Elyse is a Senior Associate in the Lander & Rogers' Insurance Law & Litigation group. She specialises in professional indemnity (with a particular focus across construction, engineering and financial lines), and directors' and officers' liability advising on both indemnity and defence.
