Adrian joined Lander & Rogers in 2018 and commenced practising as a family lawyer in 2023.

Alexandra is a lawyer in the Brisbane office of Lander & Rogers' Family and Relationship Law group. With experience advocating for clients in all aspects of family law, Alexandra has a particular interest in complex parenting proceedings and assisting clients through the difficulties associated with serious allegations of risk to children.

Anna is an accredited family law specialist and has worked exclusively in family law for 10 years. Anna recognises that the breakdown of a relationship is one of the most difficult periods in a person's life and genuinely wants to assist clients to navigate their way through their family law issues to reach a resolution. Anna takes a direct approach to family law. She provides pragmatic and strategic advice to clients to resolve their property and parenting matters. Annebelle is a lawyer in Lander & Rogers’ Family and Relationship Law team and is based in Melbourne. She has practised exclusively in family and relationship law since her admission to practice.

Asha specialises in both the property and parenting elements of family law. Her substantial experience enables her in assisting her clients to achieve excellent outcomes.

Ashley is an accredited specialist in family law who has dedicated her career to guiding clients through family and relationship law matters. Recognised by the profession as a rising star in the 2023 edition of *Doyle’s Guide*, Ashley is known for her technical expertise and practical, assured approach. Ashley graduated with first-class honours in law from Monash University in 2015.

Byron is a specialist family lawyer who strategically guides his clients through legal complexities arising from the breakdown of marriages or de facto relationships, and how to protect family businesses from the impact of separation. His family law expertise includes dealing with property, parenting, child support and maintenance matters that arise before, during or after the end of a relationship. He has significant interest and expertise in international family law matters involving overseas assets and international child custody arrangements.

She was previously employed as a Legal Associate to the Honourable Justice Cronin in the Family Court of Australia. Her personal understanding of the courts complements her strong analytical and commercial skills and empathic approach. Catherine is committed to achieving the best results for her clients.

Senior Associate

Cheryl is an accredited family law specialist and a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Melbourne office. She was named in the 2026 edition of *Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Australia™*, in recognition of her outstanding work in family law. Cheryl commenced her legal career in a multi-disciplinary firm, where she worked in family law, property law, wills and estates and commercial law. Cheryl has now been practising exclusively in family and relationship law since 2017 and leverages her earlier experience by providing pragmatic and holistic advice to her clients.

Chloe is a partner in Lander & Rogers' family and relationship law team. She is widely recognised for her dedication and personalised approach to family law and her clients.

Claire is an accredited family law specialist and a partner in Lander & Rogers' Melbourne family and relationship law office.

Partner & Practice Group Leader

Collette is a partner and the National Practice Group Leader of Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law group, and one of Australia's most respected family lawyers. An accredited family law specialist, Collette has worked solely in the family law jurisdiction for almost 20 years and is consistently recognised by the profession as one of Australia's preeminent family & divorce lawyers.

Craig has practiced exclusively in family and relationship law since 1985 and is one of Australia's most experienced family lawyers. He was one of the first lawyers to achieve specialist accreditation in family law from the Law Institute of Victoria in 1989. He receives client referrals from other lawyers; from accounting and financial services firms; barristers; and counselling and welfare agencies. He is regularly engaged as a presenter, author and commentator on current family law issues.

Eleanor is an Accredited Family Law Specialist who practises exclusively in family & relationship law. Eleanor assists clients in all areas of family law including property settlement, spousal maintenance, parenting matters, financial agreements, child support, and international family law matters.

Eliza is a lawyer in the Melbourne office of Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law team and has been working in family law since her admission to practice in 2023.

Emma is a lawyer in the Melbourne office of the Family & Relationship Law team at Lander & Rogers. She was admitted to practice in 2023 after completing the firm's graduate program, and has been practising exclusively in family law since the beginning of 2024.
