Senior Associate

Anna is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' corporate team specialising in mergers and acquisitions. She is recognised as a problem solver who understands her client's business objectives and delivers practical legal solutions. Anna is native in Chinese and can offer extra support in China related corporate matters.

Senior Associate

Calum is an experienced employment, industrial relations, and safety practitioner. He specialises in the conduct and procedure of matters before the Fair Work Commission and the federal courts, as well as the identification, quantification, and resolution of complex payroll compliance issues.

Charles manages the firm’s Construction and Engineering practice. He is the lead advisor to insurance clients in construction and engineering; professional indemnity; liability and property sectors. He handles some of Australia's largest and most complex construction and engineering disputes and he is regarded as a policy coverage specialist.

Chief Executive Partner

Daniel is the firm's Chief Executive Partner, having formerly led the firm’s national Workplace Relations & Safety team for almost a decade. He has as practised in all areas of industrial relations and employment law for more than twenty years.

Partner & Practice Group Leader

David leads our corporate practice. David is a leading Australian corporate lawyer with over 30 years' experience in advising both Australian and international clients on a range of corporate and securities law matters including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), equity capital markets transactions (including IPOs and capital raisings), strategic structuring and foreign investment approvals. David has a particular expertise in cross-border capital markets transactions between Australia and the US.

David is a dual qualified (NSW and England & Wales) corporate lawyer with a strong track record advising on sophisticated corporate transactions, spanning equity capital markets, public and private M&A, and complex commercial arrangements in Australia and offshore.

Deanna is dedicated to servicing corporate clients with their strategic, M&A, governance and compliance needs. Clients appreciate her ability to get to the point, find common ground between parties and deliver a solution, a skill she honed during her years of experience leading an in-house legal team. Deanna also leads our Japan client group and works seamlessly with foreign investors navigating their acquisition and establishment activities in Australia.

Partner & Head of International

Derek leads our firm's international practice, driving our strategy to be the independent Australian firm of choice in our key overseas markets: US, UK, Japan, China, Singapore and Malaysia. He also co-ordinates our five commercial groups to ensure they remain constantly client focussed and working collaboratively as a seamless commercial offering for both Australian and international clients.

Dominic is a senior associate in our corporate practice group with experience in banking and finance, as well as foreign investment across various industries.

With over a decade of experience, Emma's practice covers all aspects of workplace relations and employment law, with a particular focus on discrimination, human rights, disputes, investigations and training.

Gregg is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions. Gregg provides corporate and commercial legal advice to many leading corporates, funds and family offices.

Jackie is a partner in our Corporate group and has a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

James acts for both private and public sector clients in commercial real estate, property development, energy transmission projects, and major infrastructure projects. His clients include state and federal government agencies and departments, local councils, listed and unlisted property funds, energy asset owners, retailers, developers, data centre operators, infrastructure owners, and insolvency professionals.

Jared is an Australian and UK qualified corporate lawyer with nearly 20 years' experience advising leading Australian and international clients across their entire lifecycle, from establishing businesses to complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures, financings and restructures. Jared has a particular expertise in cross-border transactions acting for international acquirers, especially out of the US, UK and Singapore.

John works primarily for REITs, national retailers, private companies and offshore investors within the commercial office, industrial and retail sectors.

Lily is an experienced and skilled litigator and negotiator, advising her clients on a range of commercial, insolvency and financial disputes. She provides strategic, candid and pragmatic advice to her clients as she seeks the best commercial outcome for them.

Mark has significant expertise in insurance and financial services law. For more than 20 years, he has acted for Australian and overseas insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, licensees and corporate clients on the full spectrum of transactions, projects, investigations and disputes.

Mark began practising in workplace relations in 1993 and has been a partner at Lander & Rogers since 2003. Mark focuses on providing timely, direct and practical advice to clients in the NSW Government and private sectors and to executives and senior employees.

Special Counsel

Michelle is an experienced digital economy lawyer specialising in technology law, transactional IP, data protection, procurement and general commercial matters. Her practice straddles the intersection between IP, tech and regulatory, with a focus on helping clients build and launch new products in sectors with complex regulatory obligations. She has advised clients on emerging technology, such as blockchain/crypto mandates, generative AI implementation and digitalisation mandates.
